Tangalooma Island is a tourist attraction in Queensland and I found out this place through friends...So I planned for a day trip here and glad that I did! I had so much fun that day!
Booked cruise tickets through information center in Brisbane and it takes 75 mins to reach the island from Brisbane...
There are many day cruises options like whale watching cruise, dolphin watching cruise and the one we bought was a dolphin feeding cruise...It was the cheapest one that cost $95 including wild dolphin feeding experience...
It was really hot that day and we were all busying putting on sunscreen...It was fun travelling on a ferry...
with the girls =)
Enjoyed the 75 mins cruise and the sea breeze~
Tangalooma Island here we go~
There are many activities we can do on that island like water-based and land-based activities...
4 of us decided to go for sand boarding that costs $38 for 1.5 hours...
I thought it was easy but not at all...well...........at least not easy for me...I suck at all those kind of activities...Lol...
noticed the brown piece of board? Yup that was mine and I fell off my board half way down....LOL told you I suck! T___T Face was all covered by sand....hahaha...
but it was a great experience after all....
and a happy jump shot with the friends~ ^^
After that we decided to join the boat trip for a guided snorkeling tour of the Tangalooma Wrecks...$49 per person including all snorkel equipment...
This suit keeps us warm in the water and prevent us from getting hurt by the sharp corals on the wrecks....
All ready for the trip~ ^^
I can't really float in water so I got myself life jacket so that I won't drown in the sea...lol...I was so excited to see stingray and turtle but too bad the waves were to big that day we only can see fishes! =(
Rested for awhile after a tiring swim in the sea and had some lunch...
spent the rest of our day on the beach before feeding the wild dolphins on sunset....
first time wearing bikini and I bought 4 sets just for this trip...lol...
Look fat with my bikini on but who cares! No one knows me here...lol...used to have a slim body but not anymore after living in Aussie for a year!!! T__T
Love the sand and the sea here!
It's sunset time and it means feeding time! =)
It was so magical to see dolphins swim to the shore one by one and playing around looking happy and free...
you can see me feeding the dolphins on my fb video! =) The dolphins love me ^^
This was definitely a great getaway with friends~
and YES this is one of the place where Running Man filmed their Australia episode....
Cheers~
