Rock Climbing!

Went rock climbing on a Sunday morning with Mr.Dar and friends...It's somewhere near Melbourne Central and you can see it when you walk round Melbourne Central...

General entry price include entry and unlimited climbing for the day...It's $28 for concessions/ student including harness and climbing shoe hire...

We need to fill out an agreement form before climbing and we will then be taken through a safety instruction session on how to use the facilities safely... ;D

Once the safety instruction is completed we will be taught on how to climb...

Ready to climb~ =D It was my first time and I was really nervous because I'm afraid of height >< Besides rock climbing needs a lot of strength and stamina which I don't have both! lol...

Nick was the one who was really into rock climbing so we all went together with him...and luckily I went because rock climbing Rocks! =D Although it was tiring but I challenged myself and climbed to the top (approx. 5 floors)!  It's really safe so don't worry ;)

What a GREAT experience! ❤

So when one person climb, one person holds the rope down there! So we won't fall =p

Actually there's something on the floor to hold the rope so all we need to do is just to pull the rope downwards and the person up there won't drop down...Ah too hard to explain once you try it you will know! ;p

The lil kid in this pic make it look like it was so easy to climb!!! LOL...

It was not easy k for first timer...It's not just about climbing up...but to climb only the same colour! Some people just use every rocks they see and climb all the way up and that's CHEATING...Lol...

So different colours represent different levels and I only can make it to level 9 T___T 

and it was really fun when coming down tho...we just have to kick the wall the slide down! so fun! =D The person holding down there have to release the rope slowly if not we will just fall down... It's like ninja la if you know what I mean...lol...

Actually I tried many times and I gave up climbing up when I was so close to the top! 

Gave up not because I'm tired...I always dunno which rocks to step on and I got stuck half way...lol... and also it was really scary when you look down >< But at last I climbed to the top and I nearly cried up...lol...not because of i'm afraid but because I'm proud of myself ^^

There's always advantage for people with long legs =p

Mr.Dar couldn't reach some rocks tho...lol...

Rock climbing is really fun! Will be back again next time and this time I must climb reach level 10 or maybe 11... =p 

took tram to Toorak after that to have some nice Hot Chocolate and then dinner at a Shi Chuan Restaurant... =) 

It's Autumn now and all the leaves turn orange! So pretty~

Pork, long beans and brinjal~ All the dishes taste awesomely good especially the long beans...Yumyum~

and this is the MUST order food in Shi Chuan Restaurant!

It's called 'Shui Zhu Yu/ 水煮魚'...It's really famous and you can see almost every table ordered this...

It was my first time trying Shi Chuan food and surprisingly the food was really good! A good place for those who love spicy food! =D

Wanna go back and their their steamboat! =)
