A visit to Melbourne Zoo~

Visited Melbourne Zoo last month with Mr.Dar! Yeap dating at the zoo~ lol

So we took train to Flinders station and then took taxi to the zoo because we have no idea how to go to the zoo...When we reached the zoo only then we found out that we can actually use train there == 

Getting to Melbourne Zoo by public transport is really easy.

By Tram

Tram 55 runs from William Street in the city centre every day, stopping directly outside Melbourne Zoo.

or

By Train

Trains run from Flinders Street Station on the Upfield line every day, stopping at Melbourne Zoo’s own Royal Park Station.

Stupid us! wasted money ont taxi WTH!!

Whatever at least we managed to get there...lol...

It was cold that day so I wore my new trench coat! =) Bought it from Myer (A shopping mall like Parkson/ Metro)

The entrance fee - $20.20 for students...

We followed the map and started our journey in the zoo~ I was way too excited to meet the Kangaroos and Koalas~ =p

First stop, Gorilla!

A room to prepare food for the animals...They even weigh the food before they feed! 

People here love to picnic I guess? O.o Everywhere with grass there's always people sitting down picnic with their friends or family...How nice! 

Went to zoo many times already so the only reason I wanted to visit the zoo was because of these fellows~ xp

Koalas~

 Aren't they cute??? ^^

I remembered I saw a picture of dad hugging a Koala in perth so I always wanted to hug a koala one day too...A bit disappointed because the koala is so far away i can't even touch it =((( 

Anyways I'm happy enough to see them! ^^

and of course Kangaroos~ 

How can you not see the kangaroos when you are in Australia? 

Awww look at them so cute I can dieeeeeeeeee~~~~

I actually touched it but it looks like I'm pretending to touch it from far...lol...

Once again I'm HAPPY!!! ^^

took a few pictures with the kangaroos only because too paiseh to snatch the kangaroos from the kids.....lol....

Look at them...Kangaroos are so cute and the way they jump are so funny....lol...




So happy that I get to see Koalas and Kangaroos... =D Gonna go Phillip Island one day and this time I'm going to touch the Koalas... ^^
