Went U-Garden with bro, Mr.Dar and his friends on Tuesday night...It's another nice place to have steamboat with friends and family...It's great that it wont make you sweat a lot and not as smelly as those bbq & steamboat place that we always go...Anyways love the environment there...
Wonder why they named it "Crystal grill " and why is this place is full all the time?
What makes it different from other steamboats and BBQ places in Kuching are that they use these "crystal" plates instead of normal hot plates...cool ey?? =)
and it's a very unique and healthy way of cooking because you don't need oil or butter to grill the meat...

they also served squid, fish, crabs, prawns, scallops, clam and bamboo clam...

I love scallops...I think i ate lots of scallops that night...cooked them using Thai sauce and spring onion...you can try to cook with the sauce there...trust me it's nice!
I enjoy the food and seafood there...
Lastly never forget to have an ice-cream...super nice peppermint ice cream with choc...
They also provide free drinks like wheat grass, green tea, chrysanthemum tea, soft drinks and also hot drinks such as tea, coffee, cappuccino, mocha, teh tarik and white coffee.
Reminder: make a call before you wish to go there to have your steamboat...if not you will have to leave that place with disappointment, just like us...we went for the first time without any booking and sadly the place was full...hehe...

The opening hours are Mondays to Fridays – 5:30pm – 11pm.The prices are RM28.90 for an adult and RM16.00 for a child between four and nine years old.

There were 17 of us so we paid for Rm25 only...you just have to pay Rm25 if you made a booking for more than 15 persons if i'm not wrong... =)
It's a nice place to have steamboat although it's slightly expensive but it's very special...For me it's super worth it!
